He's been to Lee's old plantation multiple times for official POTUS appearances, as Lee's plantation was seized under a Congressional writ of attainder over Lee's treason. His family paid only after his death and a protracted court fight. Today, it's Arlington National Cemetery. Now, two states are reporting workers not showing up to harvest crops. And he still wants to close borders and tariff whatever does get across, so food prices will shoot up 50%, what little does get in, our harvests that actually do get harvested are for export, so they won't go to any tables in the US. We don't have slaughterhouses any longer, so the animals go to Canada for slaughtering and butchering, then reimported and to be tariffed, so few will be able to afford meats.   8.  @cuzz63  changing the Constitution is constitutionally allowed, that's what amendments are. They require a 2/3 supermajority in both houses of Congress, then 3/4 of the states to ratify an amendment. Given how big a pain in the gonads it is to get a budget through, you can imagine how difficult it is to get an amendment through. And there is no getting around the Constitution and nobody in the Democratic party has suggested such an absurdity. Only Ruskies have suggested that via their bot networks and propaganda outlets.

  30. There are a great many parallels between the birth of the Republican Party and what is likely to be its death. The Native American Party, like the Tea Party, infiltrated deeply into the mainstream, corrupting it from within, just as the nativists did to the Whig Party. The Whig Party then imploded and conservatives jumped to the newly formed Republican Party, to include some obscure guy named Abraham Lincoln. The nativists already earning a bad name from their religious warfare that literally used a stolen port defense cannon against Roman Catholic churches and murdering responding militiamen, resulting in the area being ringed with militia cannon, whereupon they returned the stolen cannon and returned home. Americans really tend to dislike people that get military patrolling US city streets with fixed bayonets. Within five years, they'd invaded the Whigs and imploded the party. Defense attorneys would literally shit themselves, but my strategies always work until they don't. Same with theirs. Everyone being honest helps in that specific scenario of a massive goat screw of my own origination. Got caught out, fixed it and sent the fix downstream, case closed. Not kill the messenger. There is no enemy, as Congress hasn't declared war on anyone. Now, one can make a case of sedition and massive overreach beyond his authority under the Constitution and he literally can be impeached for any reason that the House and Senate come up with, even for having mussed hair, as the SCOTUS found long ago that impeachment is a political act, not a criminal or civil matter.
