  21. The rest of the Eastern Europe countries lost their independence from 1945 until 1990, so Finland did not fight for nothing . It's a win when a super power negotiates to stop a war with a smaller country right next door .

Ask any South Korean if they were happy the US threw the North Korean invasion back out of South Korea today. Ask a Vietnamese if they are happy under their communist government . I just got back from Cuba and I can tell you those people sure are not happy.

  33. late in the was they had the "Pershing" with the 90mm gun in production and sent some to Europe. But they were heavier to transport and off load on France makeshift ports. They also were to heavy for many bridges , so the stayed with the Sherman. The US had the M-10 with a 90mm that was supposed to do the tank destroying work.
