Their actions towards Nikki Ashton were deplorable but like you said, rare. However, we are privilege. There is no party in the US that comes close to the NDP or even our Greens.

We have a tattered medicare system I have talked about on my wall many times, decimated by actions of Conservative governments. NO eye care, NO dental care, NO pharmacare, NO massage, NO physio, NO psychologists. No sir, not all ideas for sure. A couple of Ontario towns had a UBI experiment a few years ago that Conservatives would not allow to continue.

When you as a group can actually CONTROL THE ACTIONS ANDS VOTES of the House, and you refuse to band together to do it, you have failed your voters, your mission, your principles and your country. And the alleged progressives in the House have done this a dozen times, from Force the Vote to going AWOL on Medicare for All to Iron Dome to funding the military. So no. Voting Democrat is no longer the answer, and apparently hasn;t been for a very very long time. Don't look at me. I have been third and fourth party since at least the 1990s.

David is a decent analyst but definitely second tier in terms of progressive hosts. And he defends the Democrats and Biden WAY too much. And don't give me the crap about him being not American and therefore unknowing. (Not referring to you, Robert, only to to others here.) He is a neighbour of mine (no, I cannot see his home from my place; he is a few km down the road) and well informed on certain issues. Just not as well as people here seem to think he is, and CERTAINLY falls down on some issues.
