If Israel's interest was governing the policy then Egypt would have absorbed the Gazans (who are mostly Egyptians in origin according to Hamas) they make 1.8% of Egypt's population. Palestinian Arabs were always used and played by Arab countries. The Arab Israeli conflict was and still is a great excuse for having big army, police and secrete police that are loyal to regime and keep it safe, it is an easy tool for steam release and diversion of the mob from poverty and dire conditions. A tool to gain inter Arab and Muslim fame and power. Even Libyans "know " that the reason for their troubles is Israel which is 3 hours of flight away one direction.

  47. It is illegal to preach to minors without parents consent or to tempt into conversion with material gifts, that's all. Obviously one would need to have good command of Hebrew, preaching to Israelis in a foreign language would not be effective however it is likely to get you donations from your own church back home.
