  30. I would point out that the elderly population in Beverly Hills is much much higher per capita than south LA. This story conflates basic demographics with inequality. When the age of the population in an area skewes heavily toward older people the of course the vaccination rate is going to be higher, it should be. If the vaccination rate in south LA was the same as Beverley Hills THEN we'd have massive inequality issues.
