There is a demand from out of state people wanting to move to the country side. And there are younger generation locals that wish for a more normal level income than most properties can give concerning running them the traditional way. But naturally sometimes families are more or less 'tricked' or forced to sell against their will, for different reasons. State regulation allows it to happen to a large degree.   19. Those chemical drugs really takes on the brain, and people can move and talk like they are on it still long after they have quit. In most cases people getting out of heavy drugs will not get their brain power back at where it was, whih reduces what jobs they ccan take on and so on. Sadly.

  23. The home and grown ups around the children are essensial for sure, and can make a big difference and make the children have a better chance doing alright, I agree. Parents can do their best, and be the best, but also the neighbourhood, the school and so on are a part of the childs upbringing, like it or not. And children can be borned with 'defaults' making it hard to them stay out of trouble, even being raised in best of homes, and the best of parents. In the end on just never 100% know what it becomes of the children, one can cross the fingers and just hope for the best.

  28. Starts out on the psychological level, boredom, want to hang out with the cool guys, depression, wanting to escape reality, and so on. But then the body starts taking control, one feel physical sick if not getting it. In general, from what I understand.I've never thouched anything of this. Was told from a small kid that 'drugs will make you drop dead, immidently' Not been any easy access to drug anyway where I have been in life, so no real issue. Such a overwhelming problem in many loations, it's really sad to see

  30. Nothing lasts forever. Natives got to roam a realtive enormous area just for themselves for thousands of years. It was just bound to happen sooner or later, no way around. Not a enjoyment seeing how it went, but just more and more people made the choice to get out of crowded Europe. Groups of people have pushed away other groups of people through all human history, survival of the fitest. Shit happens, a new reality comes around, be stuck in the past and get nothing out of present life, or adapt to the new reality.

Used to be a big thing in many regions to own ranches/farms, for generations. These days it's less economical attractive compared to other options if it's not a well above average sized property. I'm myself in the postion to inherit a smaller farm property. Not in Montana or any high dollar location. Used to be a okay outcome for some generations. But today, no way I could live of it. Not more than for hobby use, chop some firewood.but I don't know Montana, so I end my comments now. Good luck if you're trying to make a difference and maybe solve issues, not just complaining in general
