And they're not telling you the whole story on the 46 billion allocated for assistance. State's are pilfering this fund and not fully reimbursing landlords. They're are saying they will only pay a percentage of past due rent. And it will only be for so many months back. Not the entire time. Then landlords must release all liability of the remaining debt. This could in effect . Have landlords only receiving around 10% of back due rent with no recourse to get the remaining 90% that's owed. For what is turning out to be a government seizure of property by proxy. Without fully reimbursing property owners. Not only for the use of property but out of pocket expenses. Such as property taxes, mortgages, utilities and maintenance costs. It's not right nor is it legal.

Trillions of dollars over the years have gone into education, homelessness, and other "social" programs. Where only pennies on the dollar ever make it to its intended target. This administration somehow now says rescue plan money is now up for grabs. So bonuses for government administrators are popping up across the country.
