A country like India can now claim to be in compliance with the accords by doing nothing because that's all they ever promised to do. Of course, a leftists press and politicians sensing an anticapitalist issue while at the same time promising a way to raise taxes is a toxic brew.

She should know there isn't some kind of SS trust fund beyond paying out the next six months worth of benefits to people who already qualify. Opening it up to raids by anyone else just makes the time we run out of SS money come that much sooner. If this won't become an entitlement program, does she or these Republicans propose you can only take out what you've already put in?   13. This is the only kind of student lending that makes any sense. No matter what your major, the amount od months you have to pay back a loan is capped, and that cap bears some relationship to the projected earning potential to your major. The ones taking the real risks are students in high paying. high employability majors like engineering. They may have to pay back more than they borrowed, but only because the income is so high compared to the average in their profession. For those who chose a low paying, low employability major like gender studies, you can get out from under your loan by paying back much less than your borrowed. It teaches students the risk/reward ratio of their major before they ever get out of college.

  15. You can show the cursor even better on any Android above version 4.0. Just go to Settings > Developer Options > Show Pointer location (or Show touches, whichever works) and toggle that on. Note: If you don't see the developer options, you need to go to Settings > About Phone and tap on Build number several times.
