  1. It is your #1 issue. It is not their #1 issue. Their #1 issue is seizing and consolidating power to make sure there will never be free and fair elections again. The odds are quite high right now they will pull it off and that the USA is effectively dead. It will keep existing but the odds are it won't have free and fair elections again.

  3. This is FAR worse than you are saying. This also applies to things like GitHub and source code repositories. Everything in the world runs on this stuff. Modern business could not function without this code. I am sure that terrorists use it just like everyone else does.

  9. The supreme court actually gave itself this power long ago. They where never meant to be a coequal branch of government. The legislative branch is effectively broken because of the invention of the filibuster and then later changing it to just a piece of paperwork that you file. You can have an endless filibuster and that effectively means anything requires 2/3 support so nothing gets done. The minority party also realized the the majority is blamed for not being bipartisan when that is often solely in control of the minority party. The situation is going to get a LOT worse. I don't see how we will get 2/3 democrats elected to the senate to actually get things done and the polarization will get worse. I don't think it will be long before states just start ignoring the supreme court.

  10. Just admit it the supreme court is a corrupt partisan political organization. They don't decide based on the law. Any attempt to have some level of accountability is avoided by all of them. The chief Justice says he is very worried about the credibility of the court .. and he should be because right now they have no credibility and they need to get some.

  11. It basically sounds like Chevron is just so powerful that they are outside the law. They can do whatever they want, kill whoever they want, do whatever level of damage they want and nothing can be done against them.

  13. I just don't have any respect for the supreme court anymore. It is clear they make their decisions based on politics and then twist the law to fit their views. They don't just implement the law. Eventually the composition of the court will change and then your rights will change also. The supreme court needs to be massively reformed. I have heard ideas to expand it to 20 members or so and then not all cases will be heard by all members and they would all have term limits. The point is to make it less of a political fight so any one justice is not as important. To me the supreme court is no longer the ultimate decider of the law. They are just another partisan group that GAVE THEMSELVES this power and don't deserve any respect or attention. I think that New York and others should just ignore the supreme courts rulings on guns and continue to block concealed carry.

  14. It is pretty clear a coup has occurred. The justice system is clearly just a weapon at this point. It won't matter what illegal acts these guys do because nothing will be done about it.
