They don't need to test for CV if someone has died to mark them as a CV death in America or Canada or a bunch of other countries but, they do test after death and even if it is uncertain, if you had it, it killed you. As a side note, the field tests look for CV A, CV B, CV C and CV D, not for CV19 only a lab can do that or new specific kits. The amount of false positives is astronomical considering one strain of CV causes the common cold.

  23.  @Weiner-Worm  A government enforced lockdown is not the same as a debt you accrued by choice and a bankruptcy affects people that have chosen to take risk on both sides meaning the people that lose money or have to pay money is straight out of pocket. But when the Gov bails out individuals for their choices, they are using other peoples money that did not make or benefit from that choice and actually have no choice to say no. And at the end of the day, that money will need to be replaced so taxes will increase meaning it is not actually debt relief, just a permanent tax increase that will affect EVERYTHING everyone pays for until they die.
