  5. I doubt anyone can show data suggesting that any of the measures would single out any specific person of color. Which demographic uses drive though voting the most? Or 24 hour options(which must have security and "nonpartisan" observers? Why would you send out an UNSOLICITED ballot? Hospitals are the main place where they need masks and gloves because of population density. If this discussion was about respirators you would have a point but that has nothing to do with spread.

  8. How can you force a contingent election? The electorate are chosen by the States so the only way to "force" this is if there is a tie. If there is a tie the House decides. So how can Trump force a tie among all States? Either way it is the will of the people through their representatives so if the Republicans hold a majority, it's because the people voted that way.

  13. Non citizens have legal rights but not necessarily all protections under the bill of rights. They have the right to due process and to refuse questions that would self incriminate. I am unfamiliar with a ruling that states they are protected in other areas such as free speech. The constitution is not specific in that area as far as I know.
