Another's loss of internal control: China's policy clearly is China First, so there's also a message to thdm not to consider annexing the east. However, if that was to secede, I could imagine them coming in to stabilise the area.

However, it's cured by a rubber ring around the staff at the butt of the halyard, and a lark's head every few feet on the lanyard itself, stopping the wind.
