At work, where I recently started, we have this contact cleaner called "No-Flash". I told a guy that had been there a few years that it is non-flammable. He looked at me blankly, and then read the can...

Grinning through the whole stories! Please keep them coming!😂😂😅

Awesome gift! I'm featuring my late father's 1958 Plymouth Suburban on my channel. Check out the car on the left in my profile picture. I mentioned and shown that I was missing one hubcap. A guy contacted me and sent me one that he could have easily sold for just under $100! Playlist on my channel.

Like me, he's a beginner videographer just staring out. I'm sure he'll improve as he goes. Editing videos is an art in it's self!

Congratulations 🎉! Happy for you!! Looks like lots of lawn to mow! Please consider getting a zero turn mower! It'll save you 1/4-1/2 time mowing! I don't mowe with anything else!

Excellent story!

Also in central MN. Also an old car guy. Playlist of the car in my profile on my channel if you're interested.

My late father taught me about ATF for a stuck lifter. Here's a link to my car and the the car he had growing up. https://youtu.be/9jJxV_qSNmg

@WrenchingWithKenny excellent!

How much crud do you get out of the catch can? How often do you empty it? 🤔

Worked at a farm equipment dealership for a bit. Definitely would have liked to have a ball joint press for this job! One thing I learned there are the names of each part of the joint. -The whole assembly is the U-Joint. -The part with the cups is called the 'Cross'. (I also called it U-Joint.) -The other two parts are 'Yokes'.

@fireballxl-5748 umm, did you watch the video? What each item was called?

Congratulations on passing 100,000 subscribers!!

Cotter pins aren't a fatigue item. The nut isn't constantly working it back and forth. I do get amused at people's concerns about reusing one!
1
I'm sure the car was the color she wanted and the sales person just squeezed her in on financing! It probably requires premium fuel, and lots expensive synthetic oil!
1
Great HF review! Yes, they've come a long way!! I wish YouTube would have notifications turned on when the subscribe button is hit! Talking to people I've found that lots of them don't know about it!

1976 Chevette had one of those. I replaced it with a Hastings that had a removable filter.

How about the hose on my brother's 2005 Suzuki Firenza?! https://youtu.be/ckqmyuT9bG0

Just picked up a '97 Accord. Buddy owned it for many years. Hit a deer. Still drivable. Will either be pulling the dent or replacing the fender and hood. Good cars! I don't remember if it has a sunroof..
1
Yep! Ring that pesky bell! I don't know why YouTube doesn't have notifications turned on when they hit subscribe. I'm working on growing my channel. In person, I've had to help people that were excited about my late father's 1958 Plymouth Suburban (in profile picture) and weren't aware of having to turn on notifications.

1997 Honda Accord struck a deer. The impact was enough to break the windshield washer nozzle! But if the pickup tube was still in the pump, but loose, may not be from the impact.

Congratulations on passing 75K!

Appreciate your videos!

What? Not sure which direction you're going with this?

@Derek8487 it definitely amazing how many of them are missing toes!

Here's a good example of why pulling the wheels of when checking brake pad thickness is necessary. My Mother-in-law's vehicle. Driver's rear inside pad was just about worn out. Told her to tell the guy who works on it it needs rear brakes. Because there was plenty of meat on the outside pad, they brushed off the concern. Turns out, the pads were stuck solid in their clips! Each time the brakes were used, a bit of brake material got worn away because the pad weren't retracting. I ended up replacing that side. https://youtu.be/47zu-yG-3Io

Was this the issue with the car?
1
The round tapered gapping tool. Never had one. I take it the gap can be opened up by twisting. Right?
1
I wonder how many quotes like that people have fallen for?

'85 Dodge 1 Ton plow truck. Was having starting issues. Took the air filter housing off. Reached across the manual choke cable and got a nasty burn on my arm! Yep, the engine was grounding through the choke cable!!! Added a ground from the battery to the engine. There was a 10g wire that also wasn't happy! It's insulation started to drip! If the truck runs, I use it. If it doesn't run, and plowing needs to be done, I'm fixing it. https://youtu.be/UefTSD0rur4

Eric O had a gal bring in the car she just bought. He put it on the lift. Just about as bad as this truck. She actually got her money back with Eric O's help.

"I'm going to be saving the fluid." Please do that with the lubrication of your engine!

Next time you replace a fuel pump, cut the old one open. I'm sure many people haven't seen the insides. They probably don't know that gas flows through the motor to cool it.
1
Fairly new subscriber. I'll definitely check out both prices next time.

'95 Windstar. ABS would come on under 5 MPH when slowing down. Found the adjustable rear wheel bearings loose and the sensors rusted a bit and made them a bit farther away from the tone ring. Adjusted bearings, issue solved.

Do you have issues getting the oil fill off on that 4.7? I do on my '00 Grand Cherokee. Any tips besides a channel lock?
1
🍿🥤🎥
1
Do they obtain a list of registered vehicles in their area?
1
Couldn't get the fan off of my '00 Grand Cherokee 4.7. However, the only thing that was leaking was the gasket. Was able to slip a gasket in and successfully seal it up.
1
Change the motor mounts on that engine! LoL 😂😆
1
Suggestion. Could you make playlists? Put this and the other related videos in it.
1
And keep the CAI?!
1
@SuckIT-2000 probably. I have a buddy that's modified the intake on his Dodge dually diesel. He's also opened up the exhaust. He also has a tuner. When he starts it, it starts clean! However, when he cranks up the tuner, he still can roll the COAL !

Tap the the three dots to the right. It'll give you an option to edit. I just edited this and added this sentence.

MILs rear brake wore more on the inside. I mentioned to her to tell the place that does the majority of her maintenance, to check the rear brakes. I'm sure they didn't look at the inside pad! Here's a short video on the job. https://youtu.be/47zu-yG-3Io

Sure, I'll watch some more oil filter cutting open.
1
So, why can't the automotive manufacturers install a catch can as stock equipment? To be emptied during a oil change...
1
It definitely would be interesting to see what your valves look like!
1
Will my window regulators in my '58 Plymouth Suburban chop your fingers off? https://youtu.be/9jJxV_qSNmg

I'll listen to stories while you work! Just learned that you had your own shop!
