That's why we're having an ice epidemic across the country because the police won't deal with the dealers only the customers to make money with on the Spot fines. Not to mention all the other things that government fines us for I also believe they get money from land taxes and other sources like that . Also the large stock of government housing is creating rent every week but none of that is being invested back into the system
