  3. One thing I fear is that Ben will get some exceptional offers from some big network, and Ben will move on. I fear he will get swallowed up by the big-business compromises that happen in those networks. Or his introduction into the national scene will be met with aggressive polarization. A new target for the grist mill of Fox News, if you will. I hope that this MTN program remains intact, and finds a path to success that keeps the principles unchanged.

  4. Facts that can unjustly imply guilt are what they are talking about. An example might be a defendant (M, 35) charged with bank robbery who also got suspended in middle school for stealing a stapler. That stapler theft might be a fact, but its prejudicial impact outweighs its probative value.

  13. How can they say this is a complex case? Trump keeps saying this is legal under the Presidential Records Act. If that’s true, this should be easy. Bring a copy of that law to a hearing, and get the charges dismissed.😊

But those rights end at #10 (states' powers). Trump cut off the right of women to vote from his "bible". It also deleted #15 (race can't be used to restrict voting rights).
