Stories of justice, accountability, sanity, and logic can be found. Stay positive, hug your loved ones, and plan your future. I am convinced that we are not going to lose our democratic republic. The struggle isn't over and it might get worse, but decency and accountability will prevail.

  4. Too low- Seriously. The point of damages has (at least) two prongs: 1. It's the closest thing we can come up with to make the injured party "whole". 2. Deterrence for future injuries. As long as Trump is a "billionaire" and his supporters are willing to send him millions, we have not affected sufficient deterrence.

You may already know this, but some may not: Some of the Republican National Committee Media outlets (i.e. News Max and Fox News) are actively policing / moderating their comments section on recently posted videos. They are hiding comments that tend to refute the narrative being delivered to their viewers by the interview / video. You can see this in the mis-match between the number of comments visible in a thread versus the actual number of comments you can read. It is part of how they keep control of the narrative, clearly. If you want to know how this can be done, go to your channel and pull up any comment on your video(s). You will see three dots. Click on that, and you will see how you can control the discussion on YOUR channel.

  36. According to the ruling there were a few documents that were found by the investigators instead of the privileged team. Those investigators referred them back to the privileged team and said something like hey we’re not supposed to have these. That’s what the judge is citing. I don’t like it, but that’s what she said.

  37. Your point is not irrelevant, but the way I see this is that we can (and many of us do) check his work, his opinions, and his conclusions. MP- and really all the contributors to MT are smart and conduct themselves with integrity. The value of MP's credentials are superseded by his work products.

  41. Woah, woah woah! Let's not act like MAGA please. So far, no action this judge has taken has done any harm to our national security. At most it has inconvenienced the DOJ by necessitating a response. This judge may have actually HELPED the DOJ, because this hearing gave them a clean opportunity to let the public know much more than could be revealed without this hearing. Still no ruling from the judge to hamper national security concerns / appoint a SM, so please reserve your scorn.

  43. Maybe I’m late to the party, because I just comprehended this. When Matt Gates said several weeks ago, that he might just nominate Donald J Trump, it was a threat. But it wasn’t the threat I thought it was. Now the congressional record will show for all of history that Donald J Trump was an actual candidate for the US House of representatives speaker ship. It will also show that he lost, having collected only one vote. Thank you Republicans! You are bringing serendipitous joy to Americans!

  50. This guy is a gem, for sure. In the year I have been deeply active with MT as a viewer, I have spent many hours verifying what Ben, Michael, and the rest have said. I am delighted by their accuracy, and the clever humor is the icing on the cake. Having said that, I don't want Willis / Smith / Bragg letting too many people off the hook.
