If by consistent you mean consistently pushing a leftist lie then yes he is consistent.

What has it cleared up? It hasn't cleared up anything. It is perpetuating the lie leftist academics began in a desperate attempts to separate themselves from the socialist brother...Hitler

@thenowchurch6419 if Fascism is so racist when were the first anti-Semitic laws passed in Italy and why?
1
@silverkitty2503 wait a second, Nazism was opposed to trade unions but controlled industry through a nationalized union?
1
@thenowchurch6419 When were those laws passed? Why were they passed when they were? What did it do with the Jews that were part of the Fascist party and what did it do with the Jews that weren't? Answers: 1938. They were passed bc Mussolini was trying to establish an alliance with Nazi Germany and such laws were part of the conditions. It exempted Jews that were part fo the Party. It didn't commit a genocide against non-party Jews. That happened when Germany took control of large parts of Italy after Italy surrendered. But hey why let history get in the way of a good talking point.

Equalitatianism is also overly broad. I do believe everyone should be treated equally in the eyes of the law. Yet, I am vehemently anti-socialist.

Hitler didn't base his policies on "white men" being oppressed. All the European countries he invaded were populated with "white men." No, Hitler based his policies on the belief that the Aryan race needed to be promoted. The Aryan race does not equal white men. The idea that Nazism was a White supremacist ideology is a lie and a much better description would have be "Nazism is an Aryan Supremacist ideology."
1
Yeah they do like to trot out the "Not true communism" argument anytime there is the slightest criticism of communism.
1
@snekkie117 nothing he said is right and he is basically continuing the academic con-job that has been perpetuated on the people to hide the fact that Hitler and the Nazis were socialists.
1
The short answer is that Ryan is wrong. The long answer is that Ryan is fucking wrong. Nazi's were socialists not fascists and if you want to call Hitler a fascist then you must also be willing to call Stalin and Lenin fascists. Somehow I doubt anyone will seriously do this.
1
If he did that that would destroy the purpose of trying to tie Nazism to Fascism bc it destroys the illusion that communist countries are somehow better.
1
It was a terrible video that pushes the leftist lie that Nazism was fascist not socialist.
1
Nazism is fascism is the simplistic perception bc it is a lie.
1
Backed explanations? How many primary sources did he use? How did he get around the fact that Hitler described Nazism as racially based socialism? How does he get around the fact that fascism is a word used by leftists to smear anything and anyone they don't like with no understanding of the ideologies? He doesn't and this is a piss poor video that is more interested in pushing a false narrative than providing something of educational value.
1
Let me fix your comment: Ryan you have a gift for taking simple topics, explaining them confusingly and to promote a leftist agenda.
1
Why? He is just going to push his political agenda like he did in this video.
1
@nannettehuffman8397 not believing lies is not being closed minded. What is closed minded is attacking someone because you can't refute the argument that is made. This video pushed a political narrative not an academic truth. Why should a video on Modern Liberalism and Conservatism be any different?
1
@nannettehuffman8397 lies v truth is the point. Why would I be opened minded about lies. Here are the facts that I hear, see, know, and fact...Nazi's were socialists and the left can't stand this.
1
Are you on board with calling Stalin a fascist? Lenin? Mao?
1
@theprinceofcrows8691 workers control over the means of production say through a nationalized union and isn't it funny how all these socialists come to believe the state is synonymous with the workers. Nazism was socialist.
