Politicians used to employ street gangs as electioneers even in the early 1800s, who were then given practical immunity from arrest and prosecution for their racketeering, prostitution, gambling schemes, tricks, and thievery. When Prohibition was enacted, billions in revenue was handed over to the gangs, who then bought the politicians and the system has never been cleansed since. Al Capone was spending $30 million/year in 1920s dollars on political bribery.

The SBR infringement was introduced exactly as Colion read from the hearing notes here, by Harold Knutson of MN on Day 1 (April 16), who was also a sympathizer with the NSDAP of Germany at the time (many Americans were before the War). The NRA President (Karl Frederick) and Adjutant General (Milton Reckord) arrived at the hearings on Wednesday, Day 2 of the hearings (April 18). Karl Frederick begins his argument about removing pistols on pg 43 of the hearings notes. Harold Knutson’s inept comments begin on pg 13, right after the Attorney General admitted the whole thing was unconstitutional. It is very important to read, as the arguments for the NFA lay out its illegality from the mouths of its drafters.

In 2019, 55.9% of murderers who used a firearm were black, 41.1% were white, 3% other. 43.2% of firearms-related murders occurred during arguments. 24.6% of homicides occurred in conjunction with the commission of another felonious crime such as rape, robbery, burglary, car-jacking, etc. 2020 saw a large increase in the overall homicide rate, while 2022 saw a 4% decline in the homicide rate. 1974 had the highest firearms murder rate in decades at 7.2/100,000.

If you want to compare vehicle traffic with firearms use, it makes the most sense to look at shooting ranges with people on lanes next to each other, managed "traffic", insurance, range rules, range officers, containment berms, baffles, signage, fees, and insurance.

You can 3D print firearms frames and components nowadays, or just steel firearms from police or other owners. John Dillinger stole submachine guns, shotguns, and pistols from police armories. Clyde Barrow got 3 BARs given to him by another criminal. The only people who comply with excessive regulations are people who aren’t the problem. Private sales required to go through an FFL do infringe on our freedom because the ATF and FBI have illegally been keeping records of owners and what types of firearms they have.

The projectiles recovered at the murder scene matched both guns in those tests, but it's still a cold case to this day. J.Edgar Hoover maintained that the National Crime Syndicate didn't even exist for decades. He said it was a myth.

These are usually black males who get in arguments, rob each other for narcotics and money, and activities surrounding those crimes. 71.1% of the victims were black in 2020, with 60.9% being black men, most under the age of 44. 75.8% of the murderers in SC were black. 27% of the population in SC is black. Greenville and Charleston are the highest homicide rate areas in SC.

I did a very lengthy study on mass shooters and school shooters. Common backgrounds were: Broken home Bullied at school Mental illness derived from the above, treated with pharma instead of love and kindness. Mass murderers are seeking attention to their suffering, want some sort of justice, and revenge for how they have been treated. That's what nobody wants to talk about. They usually plan their crimes after years of perceived/actual mistreatment, getting fired, or rejected. The medications they are usually on include side effects of homicidal ideation.

I've personally stopped at least 4 felonies with a firearm, in every case my life or my family's safety was under threat. I can live in 27 different EU nations if I want. I choose to live in the US for a number of reasons, self protection being a huge one, followed by their taxation and capital gains insanity, as well as their draconian laws on home education. But you can rely on Eric Schmidt's and Sergei Brin's Google if you want. It's simply retarded BS cherry-picked data so hard-working Europeans don't flee to the US. NHS sucks. Taxes rob you blind. Can't protect yourself from assault or murder. When you sell your property, they take half so you can't move into another better property without increasing your income to overcome capital gains on both ends.
