@octowuss1118 lol indeed!

Your kids really need to get out more. Have you even been to Kentucky? Could you find it on a map? 🤣😂. If you judge a whole state it's because you are unfamiliar with that state, but have developed a preconceived notion based on inadequate information. FYI There are over four million people living in Kentucky twice the population of New Mexico where I live and many other states. Kentucky has a similar geography to other states in the region like Tennessee and beyond and this flood could have happened in any number of other places in the eastern US.

In the first place learn how to explain a statistic with some credibility. You have lumped illness with hunger which is irresponsible. In addition do those problems cause the ICU's to be over flowing? No they dont. If we did not shut down the economy then we would see millions more infected and many more dying! Sorry for my no word "eeport". I just edited that one word which made no sense, but now it does.

@LionMartell Why do you say "any sort of flu including coronavirus"? The Sarscor-2 virus is not a flu. Also there is no vaccine for it and it is not fair to compare this virus to other health problems which have been around for generations. Lastly those other health factors you state do not overwhelm hospital systems like this Sarscor-2 virus has. You are completely ignoring the constant news reports to claim otherwise.
3
@John D. You appear to be the enemy of a rational comment. Have a nice day anyway.
3
The weather is completely independent of the actions and misbehavior of people.
3
@waynecmontgomery 😅😂 Actually Jim Moses is correct. To his point, desalination provides a supplemental water supply at best, is energy intensive and also produces a significant amount of toxic brine which is expensive to process and cannot be simply returned to the ocean. The largest desal plant on the west coast is in San Diego and costs over a half billion to build and only produces 8% of the drinkable water supply to San Diego.

One can only hope there will be UFO threats!! Maybe that would wake people up.
3
And you also have reports like this in Canada so you don't have to be such a snob?!
3
Steve Gutenberg ssys it like it is and has a lot of compassion for those who might be left behind and the pets as well. He caring message is one everyone should hear watching this devastation!
3
@rekliner5155 This video is less than 5 minutes long showing brief looks at weather conditions in various cities. What do you think are the odds of randomly having a snow plow or salt truck being in any of those images???
3
Can you name just one thing that you think Jones was right about??
3
You will probably wait a long time!
3
It is island in the Hawaii island chain. Look at a map once in a while or do a search. You have that power.
3
@Rusty. You misunderstand why wearing a mask is important. It is not as much to protect you from other people, but to protect other people FROM YOU if you happen to be carrying the virus. And you could be asymptomatic and not even know you are infected.
3
@Alexander Locke. When the country is dealing with a national health crisis in the form of a very infectious virus then your Freedom of Choice doesn't apply. You could be infected with the virus and not even know it and yet you would spread the virus around every time you open your month. This pandemic has killed over 530,000 people in the last year most of which was preventable if people had been respectful of others and abided by the health guidelines.
3
@Cody Owings If you haven't been following the case maybe you should just shut up. Because when someone defames another with lies that their children weren't killed causing disturbed people to threaten the parents then he needs to be held accountable. Common sense. Get some!!
3
Also this just in: weather reporters always report about the temperature in summer.
3
First you ask why won't they release the name of the Blackhawk pilot, then you say we know why!?!? If you know why then why don't you say so or are you just such a hypocrite you have no self insight??

This is a lot more than 'someone' which could have done something by now. The Colorado River compact is made up of 7 states and Mexico. Arizona and Las Vegas were frustrated that they were the only ones willing to make cuts in how much water they received. Both of these entities have made considerable effort to conserve water apparently more than the other states. And yet only those two states saw cuts made to their water allotments. And in the infinite wisdom of this supposed great concern for record low water levels in these two lakes the new restrictions decided on by the Bureau of Reclamation won't take effect until Jan 1, 2023. 🙄
3
The big problem with that is it that it would take an order from a president who has done almost nothing that looks like leadership to confront this pandemic. Having said that imagine a military enforced shut down in these rebellious states!!

It always helps to educate yourself about serious matters like a TB outbreak. Tuberculosis is caused by a bacteria thus there is no vaccine that would be effective because vaccines are used to prevent viral infections. There are anti-TB meds that are prescribed at appropriate circumstances. Edit: My own ignorance caught up with me on this one. The vaccine for TB is BCG as another commenter noted.

@TheAmbientUniverse From the word 'We' and the word 'oil' you almost had a sentence so I couldn't make out what you were trying to say!?
2
@dhavantrivedi6903 You missed the truth on this completely. In fact Ukrainian officials and even Polish border agents have repeatedly sent many of the ethnic internationals like Africans to the back of the line when they try to leave the country. The Ukrainians are giving favoritism to native Ukrainians over the internationals. This is racist and fortunately war leads to such problems. Well documented by various media sources. On the other hand Russia is doing exactly what said it wouldn't do and that is targeting civilian buildings and now bombing cities indiscriminately.
2
If Texas officials are willing to open up the state 100% and by implication not care about the consequences then I'm sure Biden knows it's on them. This is a democracy after all in case you didn't notice not a police state.
2
The government IS helping people in this region so your comment is unnecessary. Just sayin'.
2
@Clownk1ller You are still guessing which is no help to anyone ever!!

Farming in the southwest is highly productive because of the sunny weather and longer summers. Of course they also rely on a lot of water especially for crops like alfalfa and cotton. And let's not forget almonds. But you know what uses more water than any of those crops? Raising cattle! There are millions of acres of ranch land throughout the southwest. And much of that is not technically desert, but scrubland.
2
Well, in the first place gov Beshear is not in this clip at all, but you still took the opportunity to try and make an issue about his frequent presence at this disaster. So in other words people like you complain when a politician shows up at a disaster and you complain when they don't show up!! There's no pleasing some people. Regardless, Gov Beshear is there often to let the people there know he is doing everything he can to help them through this. I applaud him!

Would you like whine with your cheese?? 😂😅🤣😂🤣😂😅😂🤣😂🤣😅🤣😅😂🤣

There was a warning, but sometimes tornadoes are so destructive that casualties still happen.
2
Even the most severe climate predictions don't see Antarctica becoming ice free for hundreds of years.
2
@markrymanowski719 I have been saying it myself that fires are worsening and so have the drought and heat waves worsened especially in recent years. I live here in New Mexico and have seen the state warm significantly in recent years along with worsening drought. The main river in NM the Rio Grande often dries out in miles long sections. We can't normalize this because it is worsening to the detriment of people and animals and everything else.
2
@brandonburns5365 😅😂. Bart Kirby above said "don't make this a political issue". But that is hard to do when people can't agree on the problem which usually falls along partisan lines. As I see it it is over use of the Colorado for decades and it is also this prolonged drought of the last 22 years. The drought worsened significantly in the last years resulting in much less water than was predicted in the reservoirs. And it isn't just the southwest either. Look around the world; there is record drought, heat waves and flooding all over the world which cannot be explained by natural variations in the weather!!
2
When you get older you'll become more aware that some people just smile a lot.
2
Because these people aren't even experienced at certified an election. They are rank amateurs who are only there to sow doubt in the election for dear leader donnie!!
2
@GDoggy-em2xc About a billion more times legit than you are as a conservative estimate!! 😅
2
They worked all last year wearing a mask before vaccines and many of those nurses and doctors got covid and many died.
2
Why it started is only part of the issue. The bigger issue is why this fire blew up so fast that dozens of people died trying to escape. And many barely made it into the ocean. This fire was a result of a prolonged drought that made everything tinder dry. Combine that with high temperatures and high winds and a dangerous conflagration can take off quickly. It has happened countless times in the past decade. Climate change has aggravated the intensity of these wildfires and will continue to until we take our warming planet seriously.
2
This audit is a fishing expedition by amateurs that won't find anything because the election was already certified by the state. This is another attempt to sow doubt in the election by sycophants for Trump who lack a mind of their mind!!
2
@Smokeshow88 Thank you for your civil and concise response unlike my admittedly presumptuous comment. And it is understandable that you just want to hear the truth of who won this election. But whomever is pushing this audit of the Arizona election shouldn't they at least convey the appearance of trying to look credible? The individuals chosen for this audit are untrained, they were using the wrong colored pens to mark the ballot among other problems. There are numerous officials who have criticized the manner in which this audit has been conducted including the Arizona Secretary of State.
2
@Smokeshow88 Thanks for your cogent response. It will be interesting to see how things play out.
2
Indeed, that was a clear opportunity to make that point.
2
Water shortage problems are likely coming to Egypt because of a dam built by Ethiopia on the Upper Nile River called the Renaissance Dam. It is going to directly impact Egypt.
2
I have heard that lame complaint over and over with this outbreak of tornadoes. But some people apparently have really short memories and forget all the other times that the government has provided aid to areas that suffered a natural disaster.
2
You really need to get off your conspiracy theory addiction and face reality Ashley.
2
@johntorres4573 particle 400 is probably commenting from the insane asylum. 😅😂
2
@Xane_Dragon I live in New Mexico where I have little concern of flooding. Forest fires and prolonged droughts are the biggest concerns here.
2
@robinsss Even it the best case it might improve precipitation by 15 %. More likely there is little to no benefit. Cloud seeding is virtually useless in the southwest where two things make cloud seeding ineffective and that is cloudless skies and low humidity.
2
@robinsss Of course not completely cloudless, but it is a fact that there are more sunny days in southwest then in other parts of the country. It is mostly desert or low precipitation scrubland in the southwest.
