Alec Baldwin shot a woman after harassing gun owners for years about it being evil to own guns and no civilian is capable to own a gun, said "every production needs a cop on set to deal with the guns" when his armorer for his production that he is the executive producer of said she was scared of loading the guns and had no idea what she was doing as a 24 year old. And there was no cop on the set of the shooting. He then threatened the director and cinematographer for seeking another take and then shot the gun hitting both of them and killing the cinematographer.

Asmon probably should also pay attention to our own language as well, because these nutjobs are doing the same thing and trying to force everyone to comply, that's what the whole they/them bullcrap is about, it is actually legitimately bad English, it ruins the capacity to understand the subject of the pronoun, and it most certainly is not valid for a qualifying a specific individual, that's not its purpose.

  12.  @Wolf-fighter  Its a bias effect, the more you bias the scales, the more prominent the incompetence of that specific bias has to become since you are simply looking for any compatible body to fill the slot, as a result it fuels the blaming of women which isn't even technically incorrect, the consequence of tipping the scales has a tendency to produce an opposite effect, the cobra effect in action. By the way a lot of the reason this happens is directly because of the Civil Rights Act.

Funny thing to point out, the evidence for anthropogenic (this means human-sourced or primarily human caused) climate change is really spotty, but if you simply question antropogenic climate change, you're still be called a climate denier regardless, no matter if you say "I think the climate does change, I just don't think humans are all that relevant". For example, look into the Earth magnetosphere's degradation over the past decade, there is not a single prominent climate change model by mainstream sources that accounts for the impact of the magnetosphere and very few of them consider the sun to have a massive impact on the Earth. And even if anthropogenic climate change were provable, which I might add it relies on a non-falsifiable prognosis in the current models, how are they then sure that its apocalyptic, they've made claims going back to the 80s of running out of food, running out of space, and majority of the population drowning. Does no one remember the crap Al Gore said? Its functionally just another form Malthusianism ignoring evidences that counter the claim and having little evidence that supports it. These people are brainlets.

  18. They can't because disparate impact law is mandatory discrimination in preference for minorities, (if you don't do this, you'll be sued for it) this is what the Civil Rights Act did, and its why DEI took over the corporate world.

  20. Blame the Civil Rights Act, its called disparate outcome law, look it up, it requires by definition discrimination to function, if you don't you can be sued millions of dollars, that's where DEI comes from.
