  1. Parkinson’s does not always mean shaking. It is usually just difficulty initiating and stopping movements, which isn’t nearly as photogenic, which is why it is rarely shown on TV. A higher dose of levodopa than normal can control the symptoms quite well, which is all you need for a short televised thing. It’s easy to hide if you are the totally-elected not-at-all dictator who controls when there is a camera on and when there isn’t.
