Ireland was the only place where the peasants breeded so incessantly and irresponsibly that only potatoes could realistically supply enough food given the land resources and the contemporary technology so it was the only place with a full-scale famine. Not the UK's fault.

  15.  @gunbutter830  exactly. I was pointing out the hypocrisy. East Asians should be included in the BIPOC group if it was actually really a question of colour. Many East Asians are more tanned than many “indigenous” and “of color”. And places like Qatar only do well thanks to oil and gas… and largely because they outsourced all the dirty work to brown foreigners and all the cognitive work to white foreigners.
