  2. People who have been advocates and activists for "social issues" all of their lives don't just lay their beliefs aside when they report for work. This is especially troubling when we are talking about nominees to the federal bench. How many activist judges, who are legislating from the bench, do we need to see before we realize that the words they say in confirmation hearings are poor predictors of what they will actually do compared to a lifetime of social activism?

  7. Let's never forget, for all of the "encounters" with illegal aliens, there are many who get through without "encounter". Any number that officials give for illegal border crossing must be multiplied by some unknown factor, 2X, 3X, 4X, to get to the actual flood of illegal immigrants crossing our border. Our borders are clearly NOT secure and apparently no one can give an accurate indication of the true scope of the problem.

  10. Joe certainly can't speak "off the cuff". I have seen him a few times now come out and make some prepared statement and as he's leaving, reporters are asking questions and he seems very confused and won't answer or mumbles something. He's usually followed closely by Kamala Harris so she can push him out of the room if he ever decides to try to answer.

  13. Let's cut to the chase. The problem is that too many criminals are let alone to roam the streets and do as they will. Solution? Tougher penalties and more prisons. Prisons may not be effective at rehabilitating offenders, but they can do a DANDY job of keeping criminals off of the streets and preying on law-abiding citizens. Question: How many prisons do we need? Answer: How many criminals do we have?

Democrats don't understand little things like money, budgets, inflation, debt and interest costs on that debt, good monetary policies, taxation effects, borrowing money from China to give aid to Ukraine, sound trade policies, the purpose of the military, border security, asylum requirements, crime, personal responsibility, history, citizenship, The Constitution, what a woman is, or even reality in many instances.
