@August De La Creme I think you are generalizing all people who use drugs and not thinking about there is more than one type of person or user. There are tribes that take drugs specifically to see "god" and for no other reason. It's just amusing to me that people who say they have seen "god" it's always something to do with psychedelics. Never anything like i lost my mom and "god" came to me and told me blah blah blah, Just funny all these people think "god" waits til you're all messed up to talk to you. Anyone else that said "god" told them something, is looked at as loony, but "oh you were on mushrooms, cool.bruh, what did he say?" Tell me what exactly is why it's called drugs? I don't get your analogy, I get drugs at the drug store all the time and it has nothing to do with escape.

@hollowtavo7612 in that same sense the humbled religious guy could have respected that Hamilton is a scientist and was looking to have an experience to greater understand the chemical. Also, if this substance is so powerful that it can change or help people, why not give him more so he sees what he hasn’t been seeing? Sharing is caring, I find religious people only like other religious people and while they say want everyone to see the light, most aren’t willing to even try to help anyone that would take any significant effort. That’s what would be hard, make a non believer a believer, not make a believer into a cult extremist, that’s easy.

@glinteastwood too many words have different meanings to too many people. I understand expanding your mind and the fun psychedelics can have and how just cutting loose for a night can be therapeutic. I’ve just never seen them make someone who was a d bag any less a d bag. If anything they solidify your predisposed biases in life. For some they show people they are hurting others, but those people already know that. It isn’t like any of the thoughts you have are new, they are usually just amplified.

@glinteastwood what about your life has psychedelics changed that you didn’t know beforehand was an issue? Most people say they took shrooms and quit smoking or something like that. Then you hear they’ve quit for 4 days.

@ellifahmerril6611 I have a buddy that died twice from a car accident. had to be brought back to life on the side of the road, then died again in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Know what he saw? Nothing. He said he just stopped existing, then came back. He also experiments with psychedelics now and still holds true to that statement. What do you "know", I am very interested?

@ellifahmerril6611 How did you find out what you know is true, and not a belief? That is why i put parenthesis around know before, you haven't even tried to explain what you already know so well. Please elaborate on your extensive knowledge and how you came to this point. I may not seem interested, but if i wasn't I'd stop responding. Your statement actually says a lot about your personality, aren't "the blind" who need help the most? You just want to help those that already know everything and have it all worked out i guess. How have you used your knowledge to help people I'd also like to know? I have stated my beliefs and why i spread them, your turn.

I’d imagine that’s what you’d have to say anyways even if you elaborated to the best of your ability, nothing of use.
