If Ukraine wins and begins invading Russia I will not support that. I do support them defending their home from an authoritarian foreign government. This isn't the same as the Iraq war, at all. I'm not pro war. I'm anti imperialism and anti colonialism. Part of that means resisting colonization. Does being anti war mean letting Russia do whatever they want wherever they want?

  44.  @jtstevenson81  No I wouldn't have, because I wouldn't have been in the situation in the first place, I would have deescalated the situation and not antagonized them, I wouldn't have responded to the possibility of getting hit with a skateboard with deadly force. I would have dropped the gun and put my hands up and told them to stop and turn me into the police. The guy trying hit him with the skateboard wasn't trying to kill him, he was trying to stop him from running away from what he thought was an unjustified shooting. I would not have responded like Kyle did, I would have backed up and deescalated, I wouldn't have shit someone in the head for threatening to kill me. If someone said I'll kill you if I see you again, I'd make sure they didn't see Me again, remove myself from the situation. So was Kyle pretending to be a medic or defending property? Those are both contradictory, and he wasn't invited or asked to do either, and he most definitely wasn't qualified to do either.

  48.  @praiseyoma9313  It's perfectly natural for children to learn the basics of sexuality during their education, even just 5he simple fact that gay and trans people exist. Kids ask questions, some of their parents will be gay or trans, they will ask questions about it the same way kids ask questions about straight people. Some of those kids will be gay or trans, and it's important for those kids to know that it's okay not be straight or cis, that there is nothing remotely wrong with them just because they are different. Learning about biology and reality is a part of their curriculum, and teachers should be able to answer any questions the kids have in a way that is appropriate for them and that they can understand. So, protect them from what exactly? Learning about the world they live in? Isn't that what school is for?
