  29. What is tragic is the fact the troopers had her pulled over for suspected DUI and then receive a call of a pedestrian walking along the highway. They let her go. She ultimately killed all three of them. How does a call about a guy walking along the highway take precedence over a woman possibly driving intoxicated behind the wheel of a car? These two troopers are the only men covering the entire highway? Makes you wander if they just took this woman off the road and left the walker alone, the men would still be alive and able to remove this stupid woman off the road. Very Sad!!

  46. Shame how Philly has so much history, beautiful homes, Art Museum, Zoo and lots of shops and restaurants and no one cares to keep it clean. Low income house owners and project homes are completely trashed. Maybe provide them with brooms when they move in. People are such slobs. These are the ones committing crimes and ruining the city. Them and the druggies should have their own zip code and sent to a country just for them. The so called "poor" neighborhoods house the laziest people. Just because you don't have much doesn't mean you need to be dirt bags. I grew up poor in North Philly but we took care of what we had. Look within and fix your surroundings!

  47. I'm guessing a black man in a stolen vehicle from the city. Likely walked into a mostly white bar with his crew and did know how to act like a human and was asked to leave. Feels targeted and reacts with gun violence, you know, the norm.
