The victim was struck from behind and died on the scene. The officer is on administrative leave. No press conference for the poor gentleman, no photos, nothing about his life. The police department tight-lipped. This poor soul's life had a family, was a father, grandfather, son, nephew, etc. Totally disregarded...

I would have my elderly mom in the car and when stopped at traffic lights or stop signs, the young thugs would stare us down and even surround or stand in front of my car so I could not go.
