  22. I grew up in philly, raised children and now have grandkids and NEVER my self or family/friends been involved or a victim of crimes. It clearly shows what and who is the cause of all the terror in the streets. It must really suck to live the way your culture lives. It will change if you start to act and carry yourselves as human beings.
