Imagine at 13 years old "visiting" a relative, on a "school night", standing by a window at "1 AM" getting shot in the arm? I see myself at 13 years old, tucked into bed at 1 AM on a school night, inside 'my not crowded" home, surrounded by loving family with morals that do not engage with thug people that are being chased by other thug people that ultimately shoot up their home. These are the same people shooting up Philadelphia, carjacking, riding stolen ATV's , street bikes throughout the city, attacking people on the streets, public transportation, etc....Totally disgusting culture and the root of all the mayhem in Philadelphia. Am I wrong? Then why in the news EVERY DAY we see and hear this?
