Who are you talking to????
1
Twice in 28 years is a pretty good safety record.
1
Everything I don't like is KKK.
1
Who's talking about forcing?
1
The US needs more people if it wants more jobs.
1
You know the shooter was killed on-scene, right? What's the point of pressing charges against a dead person?
1
@Asemodeous This decision didn't make any decisions about abortion. Did you not watch the video before commenting?
1
Canada does not make police liable for a third party's crime either.
1
Yes but what does this video have to do with that?
1
It sounds like you should be pushing for laws that expand the scope of CPS then.
1
Has an eviction notice been nailed to the door of the white house yet?
1
That's nine people, not one. What's your solution for resolving vagueries if you won't appeal to a court? I'm super curious.
1
@herpederp8904 How do you want them to secure the perimeter while also allowing random people to cross the perimeter?
1
Source: I made it up
1
TBF they never had an opportunity to do it because abortion is too unpopular.
1
It was word salad
1
@Jell0zz It's not and it's not. I don't know what to tell you. The image at 2:40 does not match your description.
1
Only if it's written in an unconstitutional way.
1
Why would they care about whether or not some random guy explains how to perform an abortion? It has literally nothing to do with the ruling.
1
@davidmiller9485 Wrong. You should watch the video. The ruling said that implied rights have to be derived from practices deeply rooted in our legal history. It did not say that you have a right to anything that a random dude explained how to do in the 1700s.
1
Why don't you vote to make it non-optional? You're giving the lamest cop-out ever.
1
@KSM-97 Only one of those quotes is a real thing caught on video.
1
English common law goes back way further than the founding of the US.
1
List them.
1
Who's playing semantics? Dereliction of duty is clearly designated as an offense for military service.
1
@Asemodeous Actually the 13th amendment specifically grants involuntary servitude as a punishment for a crime. I'm not sure why you're bringing that up in the context of abortion.
1
You answered your own question: Because it's in the 2nd Amendment. Did you stop to think for two seconds before posting this comment?
1
What's wrong with the legal system? Is it the presumption of innocence? Is it the right to cross-examine an accuser? Is it the right to an attorney? Please be specific.
1
What did she do wrong?
1
@shytguy Not really. They only have 50 Senators, and it's not about the number of Democrats. It's about the number of pro-abortion Senators.
1
@shytguy Americans don't have wide agreement on a lot of issues. Pretty simple.
1
What injustice took place?
1
How does this make people less free?
1
@barrettorth8413 Good thing its going through the courts then
1
@barrettorth8413 You seem awfully confident about events years in the future. You could make a killing in the stock market if you weren't so busy getting offended by YouTube comments!
1
@barrettorth8413 Trump was never charged with anything resembling Russian collusion. Of course you leftists don't actually know the facts of the matter.
1
Justice is a slow, methodical process. I'm sorry if the American legal system hurts your feelings.
1
@porscheman998 Weird. There is at least one state case and one federal case going on in front of judges right now. Do you have any examples of similar cases that were thrown out?
1
@porscheman998 Who are you talking to? I asked you for examples of similar cases, and you told me that double jeopardy is unconstitutional. That's an answer to a question that nobody asked.
1
@porscheman998 I'll ask you a third time, even though you seem to be afraid of answering: Do you have any examples of similar cases that were thrown out? It's starting to seem like your leftist ideology is faltering.
1
Wow, what a shocker. You're blowing my mind right now. I never would have considered that if you hadn't pointed it out.
1
Not at all. Why would you necessarily need religion for that?
1
It's all about the vibes
1
They're obligated to the extent that you're willing to fire bad officers.
1
aLl tHeY do iS abUsE tHeIr pOwEr
1
@loudthebest7546 I'm not sure what this has to do with anything I said. It sounds like you don't disagree with me at all.
1
Too late
1
They can be fired if the union doesn't stop it.
1
You just doxx them. I don't understand your question. It's like you're asking how to legally fold your laundry.
1
I guess you have a right to kill children without their permission if you deem their life to be low-enough quality.
