  9. As a pharmacist - that got zero jabs and told my patients I didn’t recommend them - this guy seemed like he was on the spectrum and just being totally honest. The big box pharmacies would just fire you for not jabbing everyone - unfortunately there weren’t enuff people willing to personally sacrifice for their principles.

  15. Tbf when I post jobs like that I can manipulate the candidates I get… If I post a lower end salary I’ll get 200 Indians the first day. If it’s on the high end I’ll get the same 200 Indians but I’ll also get the 5 Americans that actually speak English also. The 5 Americans are more qualified and better hires almost every time, they’re just not cheaper.

Or even easier, how long do you think life on earth would continue if the sun disappeared? Or consider the fact that skin cancer was basically non-existent until the Industrial Revolution even tho humans spent most of their lives outside in the sun. Just use a tiny bit of common sense.

  24. Imagine wearing a mask even after seeing every politician that placed the mandates out with friends and family with no mask. Imagine staying home and not seeing your family through the whole holiday season but finding out that politicians went and saw their families. Imagine enforcing mask mandates in your small business and running off your customers when places like Walmart and Costco don't give a crap if you're wearing a mask. Imagine living for 18 months terrified of COVID, wearing a mask religiously, staying home almost all the time, getting 2 jabs.. and STILL getting COVID. (Yes, I know this person)

But I do trust humans to act on their own interest - which is why many presidents wait until their last term to do the most controversial things because they don’t have to worry about getting reelected. So saying since Trump didn’t do it in his first term then he won’t do it in his second is just dumb. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn’t, but your argument is meaningless.

  38. @ it’s not that confusing honestly - mediacaid is a state run service (although they get federal money for it) and each state decides how much private company involvement there is - some have a ton and some have very little. Medicare is a federal program that has 3 parts, one part is administered by the federal govt, one part is 100% administered by private companies and so it’s a mix as well.
