It’s always weird that people think guilty people don’t deserve a delusional defense attorney solely focused on defending their clients no matter what…. People seriously don’t realize that’s the ENTIRE POINT of a defense attorney and one of the key pieces of “presumed innocence” which is a major thing that separates our Justice system from systems where the innocent get railroaded on a regular basis

@ that’s not even close to true - they don’t “have to agree”. Many prosecutors/DAs make sure they agree before moving forward but the number where the family don’t agree isn’t insignificant. And even when they do agree they only agree because the prosecutor frames it in a way that the plea deal is “the only way to send them to prison” and that’s just not true. I was in law enforcement for years and have seen this first hand, I’m not just judging things from YouTube videos.

Partying in a club and snoring coke when her husband was across the world? Def not wife activity
7
Oh please
7
Oh and don’t do drugs, at least not with strangers lol
7
The whole part about him lunging for the guy with the gun, getting knocked out and then magically coming to after his wife was murdered and suspect was gone - is 100% made up. The whole thing.
7
And don’t forget incompetent or extremely inexperienced attorneys. But show me a profession where there are no cocky or lazy people….
7
@RapturereadyforJesus I mean God doesn’t forgive people that don’t believe in Him and ASK for forgiveness so what they’re saying seems to make sense even tho it struck me as odd too
7
@emberdo well good detectives just don’t make up there mind and don’t immediately assume guilt just because something is weird
7
That’s got to be a sickening feeling - as a dude I don’t really know what it feels like to be totally helpless in a situation like that but makes my skin crawl and makes me glad I taught my daughter to be super skeptical of people and stay out of possibly dangerous situations. Glad you made it out
7
My gosh the amount of whining in this single thread is crazy lol
6
@einienj3281 that word is used so much at this only it means basically nothing
6
@cerealrakist7360 and the people that created our system of Justice agreed with you - the priority is always supposed to be on making sure an innocent person doesn’t get thrown in jail. Plenty of places don’t give a crap and have an evidentiary standard way less than the US. Even tho our system is far from perfect, this is a feature, not a mistake.
6
Yeah an innocent woman got kidnapped, raped and murdered - I can’t imagine why they would leave out the part about the animal in the yard. Sheesh people
6
And why are there people from the state in court DEFENDING what is clearly a bad conviction? Imagine the callousness of those people and the one that ordered them to be there.
6
They call it “life” at the public doesn’t realize they’re only going to be locked up for a 10-20yrs
6
Facts right there - he ruined her for life
6
She was a huge part of the story… wtf are u talking about?? lol
6
@cl5193 u right - I’m a loner so I know one when I see one
5
@amandathelesbian yeah it’s a family full of attorneys, they know how to create an unverifiable alibi
5
@Yusuave here’s the thing… there is absolutely a REASONABLE doubt that he committed this crime. And that’s the standard. Do I think he prob did it? Yeah. But can I see a couple of possible other scenarios that could’ve reasonably happened to explain the circumstances? Yup.
5
FYI - blue hair is more often than not an indicator of mental health issues, not “happiness” as the mom suggests
5
@ oh yeah no doubt DV is a whole other thing with its own horrible aspects… but just going to bed one night and having a stranger break in and assault you would be a different kind of horrible ya know
5
@ilovebrandnewcarpets it definitely looks older than that but it says 2009 was original air date in the vid - looked like something in the late 90s huh
5
@TentinQuarantino_ tell me you’re broke without telling me you’re broke lol By your logic poor people wouldn’t commit violent crimes except the opposite true so seems pile like reality and you aren’t on the same page
5
Peter looking YOUNG in this oldie…
4
@AllTheCritters idk why people say this - there are an extremely small number of people that would prefer to get strapped to table and killed than just stay alive in prison.
4
@ well you completely misunderstood what I said - were they 100% sure it was her daughter that was dead in the car? Because if you’re not 100% without a doubt sure you don’t tell someone their loved one is dead - and lots of weird things happen before someone dies, wouldn’t be the first time it really seemed like the identity of the victim was obvious only to find out it was someone else. And I already said they botched the conversation. But my poster saying they would act like a complete crazy person if it was them WAS acting like they were born yesterday and showing zero recognition for the complexity and difficulty of what the officers were dealing with in that moment.
4
@michelleadams474 you clearly did - asking for the mother’s ID has zero to do what what I said
4
Mark Lyon bro that ain’t love, that’s simp behavior!!! lol
4
What’s it like being a sociopath?
4
You do realize this is extremely common and not “neglect” - I don’t agree with it and didn’t raise my kids like that, but it’s not neglect lol
4
Yeah my gosh that was slimy
4
@LasVegasPitbull well I prefer to actually have people found guilty instead of mob justice since it has a long history of punishing the wrong person - but after they’re found guilty? A desert nap is a solid choice lol
4
@ people forget they’re watching it on a screen with all the details presented for them to know - I was a cop for years and walking into a crime scene like that is totally disorienting and there are millions of details and you have to try to decide which ones sure important and need to be documented for later. But people that have zero real life experience think what they see on TV is how it happens in real life
4
If it was a woman who died someone would say ur comment was “victim blaming” …. I just call it common sense and natural selection.
4
@TentinQuarantino_ sounds like total BS - but even if it’s not it literally has nothing to do with “rich people being mean “ lol
4
The severity of injury/condition being treated usually determines whether it’s ok to medically treat a family member. It’s common place for a doctor to write blood pressure medicine for family member - but you typically wouldn’t have a family member do high risk treatment or procedures on seriously I’ll people. A bipolar drug addict that seems autistic is definitely more similar to a high risk treatment that a family member shouldn’t do. If it was simple seasonal affective disorder that’s probably fine to have your cousin treat. So yes psychiatrists are similar to every other practitioner

@JB_Fraulein_Kunst I’m a former cop and have intervened in all sorts of possible deadly situations - I’m the guy that you WANT as ur neighbor if crap hits the fan. You misread what I said - the vast majority of people will mind their own business, this is been proven time and time again. I’m not one of those people but most of the time the people acting like you have to be some deprived selfish person to not call 911 every time you hear a fight are the same people that won’t risk their own a$$ to save someone else. Again, I’ve done it more times than 99% of society and have watched dozens of people freeze and do nothing when a dangerous situation happens while I’m the only one DOING anything.
3
@lvs47lvs47 again, I’m not the type to sit back and not help, I’ve done it before and would do it again. That doesn’t change the fact that I can find you hundreds of videos where someone is getting attacked and people are walking by and doing nothing, not even calling 911. It’s more common for people to not help. That’s all I said.
3
@Ashley-wu7hy EXACTLY - most people either don’t want to get involved or they rationalize to themselves how it’s not really anything bad happening. I was a cop for years and it takes a lot of mental grit to run into a dangerous situation but I’ve done it and will continue to do it. But that’s not most people - it takes training and thought, it’s not natural.
3
Sounds like sex got too rough and the drugs were too stout and she died but instead of calling the cops he cleaned it up. Idk why people think doing coke and having rough sex is an activity without a pretty high risk of things going wrong. What evidence indicates that he intentionally murdered her? Maybe I missed it

Anyone who thinks America is racist or that there's 2 sets of laws depending on your color have one part correct... There are 2 sets of laws. But it's for poor and rich/connected. Seen it first hand. Know the right person or your daddy have enough money and you can get away with nearly anything no matter what color you are.
3
@brian559 haha it’s a joke comment
3
@YahuahsChosen so you think if someone doesn’t speak the original language and say that exact word to call on God then they’re somehow not doing it right?
3
I noticed that one… a huge gap between them and he looked so awkward
3
He suddenly lost wife… grief makes people do crazy things
3
@annazaman9657 facts - I didn’t give my kid a phone until she was 16 and could drive and it was only a dumb phone for the first 2 years.
3
@AnonForever70 haha good point - the old double standard
3
@lunatic5162 if they’re adults then who cares if one is the teacher and the other the student ffs
