  2. I began using Open Office at a nursing job and only found slight discrepancies between it and Office. That only arose when loading xcel sheets sent to me by somebody else. Not a pain.

  4. A little after 2000, Microsoft applications turned into dogfood. They supposedly were more "intuitive". Not so!
