  2.  @Benjiizus  He's from my hometown, Milwaukee, but moved away young. Even Milwaukee has more AA influence than the California 'burb where he grew up. Does he put on that gangster accent?

  3. The Marquette poll is an old standard in Wisconsin. But it sure as hell was off right before Trump took the state. By the way, there are many unabashed Trump supporters around here. Haven't heard buyer's remorse, yet. Today Wisconsin is crawling with deer hunters, Trump fans, all.

  4. Nate Silver used to post as "Poblano" on Daily Kos when I hung out there. Moulitsas is a horse race guy, and pulled Poblano's signal out of the mud back in the 2008 primaries, where he was reliably nailing the results. Thus was born Nate Silver, and his accuracy has been slipping ever since. I suspect that there is a lot of pressure to push poll and weight in favor of Democrats at the nationwide media level.
