  7.  @m_d1905  Yes, not a functioning uterus. All fetuses have Wolffian and Müllerian ducts. In females, the Wolffian ducts are suppressed. In males, the Müllerian ducts melt away. Well, almost always.

  8. The last transgender patient I had was about 11 years ago. I did call him "Tiffany", as he asked; he was dealing with depression. But if he'd had an actual medical issue in which his genetic sex figured, I would have dealt with that. No ethical clinician should ignore biological fact.
