  2. RBG may have had a relapse of colon cancer, which tends to send mets to liver and lungs, thence to brain and everywhere else. The fact that 2 cancerous nodules were found in the lungs of a person who probably gets thorough imaging every so often suggests that this is indeed metastatic disease.

  3. My folks are both 85, alert and oriented, but honestly, they are on a different wavelength, now. Not flexible in their thought, not quick, and quite ill. And my brother died very quickly of lung cancer. Those tumors bloom in the body extremely rapidly. Not like an explosion, but more like a firestorm. It's only a matter of time before she hangs up her robe. Agree with Styx that RBG has been ok, except for guns, and her recent TDS.
