  2. I think they had the same mic arrangement for the second 2020 Trump/Biden debate, and it helped Trump then, too. They can not have forgotten that.

  4.  @MrBannystar  The book The Amateur , Mike is alleged to be one of her husband's main taskmasters. But I think that she, like her husband, is all about image. Both Obamas are too good to have to mingle with lowly congressmen.

  6. Why her? Before she was beloved by Dems, she was quickly assessed as an angry, unlikeable drag on Obama's campaign. They quickly reined her in and even made her dress more traditionally. I followed the D primaries closely in '08.

  8. I don't know what all the "lies" were, but one article did say that Trump's speech was also garbled when he said "filumaker." Sounds like BS to me. Trump probably picked up that pronunciation from his Scottish mother! He says a lot of things (e.g. "aeroplane") that aren't standard American English.
