  1.  @davemattia  One does invent pronunciations. You just did, up above, placing the stress accent on the first syllable. I suspect that the pronunciations of Guiana confuses people. As someone who speaks French, I tend to pronounce this foreign name similar to Styx' way. By the way, unlike French, English has no formal academy, so pronunciations tends to be crowd-sourced. Just think if all the accents and acceptable alternate pronunciations English has. Philological democracy in action. I'm sure you're not a troll. I've listened to Styx for almost 8 years, and a lot of his pronunciations makes me wince. Practically every video has an Easter egg like "Mary Land," "Pow remains," "Holomodor" and much more. It's funny.
