  1. I actually learned about the FISA court from my U.S. Senator at dinner one night, in the middle of the Bush Abomination. Senator Russ Feingold spoke in quiet, reproachul tones about this "super-secret, unconstitutional" panel of judges. I'd never heard of such a kangaroo-sounding thing. Feingold was a pretty good "process liberal" and disliked by his colleagues for basically staying unbought. He was a pro-gun Democrat who refused to pander to SJWs.
