  1. I remember getting one as a nurse. An effeminate coworker put on a woman's voice, claiming he was about to be admitted to my unit with HIV, plague, an amputation, bad hemorrhoids,, etc. It would have been funny if I hadn't been so slammed with work. I let him have it.
