That's what my husband says, being from New Orleans. As for me, it's just something I have been doing for almost 50 years for my family and also at times professionally. It's kind of cute to see Styx try out new skills. I LOL when I realized he meant he'd boiled pasta for the very first time. At first, I assumed that he was actually making the pasta, itself.

@gamelifeusa most men cooks I know just throw everything in the same pot and sort of wing it. They are pragmatic and unfussy, like the dads who send their daughters to school with zip-tied ponytails.
