Listing some of the things that have been wrong with US America for the last few decades is one thing - at least the problems HAVE to be highlighted so at least you can start doing something about them! Saying "this is not America..." is wrong Thom, unfortunately this IS today's US America (I am careful to exclude Canadian America)! This what US America has slowly become! The really big question is: What is the US nation going to do about it? Is the US population going to float into becoming a fascist dictatorship in a sea of apathy or are people going to stand up and be counted? Just remember: You DESERVE whatever or whoever you allow to run your country! Everybody (and their grandmothers) agree that most other developed countries are currently doing better for their citizens than the US is - but not the Repugnicans. Their rhetoric is: The US is the greatest nation there ever was - while they are dismantling it!
