  1. When inequality reaches a certain point, something breaks and a lot of blood is shed - especially by the elites! The most recent example is the revolution in Russia over a century ago, and an older and more brutal example was the French Revolution. They even used a new-fangled invention to lop off the heads of the elite, the Guillotine. One wonders what kind of horrible devices the 'Muricans will invent to exterminate the Kochs, the Bezos and the Waltons in the upcoming 'Murican Revolution...
