Is this kind of behaviour limited to 'Murican cops? Unfortunately not - the unique position policemen - and women - around the world find themselves in is conductive to all kinds of sadistic behaviour. This job of having absolute power over ordinary citizens attracts all the sleazy elements of any society - meaning that one should expect the police of EVERY country to be populated by the most sadistic individuals of that country. Don´t kid yourselves: Even if you live in the best part of the world (North Europe) you should assume the police to be populated by the sickest and most sadistic members of your society. There are countless cases of police brutality in ALL countries, even the Nordics, the main difference being that in the Nordic countries police brutality frequently (but not always) is rewarded by a ton of bricks landing on the heads of brutal policemen (or policewomen! We have our share of sadistic bitches). I personally know members of he police in one of the Nordic countries (wher). you would think this kind of behaviour would be outlawed)

Frankly, an overt Russian or Saudi monetary investment in 'Murican politics would at least yank the blinders off. I cannot help comparing campaign methods between European an 'Murican campaigns: In 'Murica, the only issue is to drown your opponent in whatever shite you and your campaign can dig up or manufature, real or imagined, about your opponent. In Europe the main issue for candidates is to showcase what they stand for politically, and be ready to argue those points whenever, wherever they are brought up during the campaign. So good, so far. In 'Murica we have a new reality where OUTRIGHT LIES seem to outweigh truth. Trump Repugnicans vs. mostly honest people, outright lies vs. generally accepted truth, ignorant idiots vs. being informed. Basically , 'Murica is fucked, kaputt, done for, certain to disintegrate.

He 'only' killed 2 people, but he grievously wounded and crippled a third. Bail in the US is only a gimmick that wealthy people can use to stay out of jail until their case goes to court. This young man's life is virtually over, once the slowly grinding wheels of the start mocing again. The seriousness of this case will NOT go away. How serious can this case be? Killing 2 people IN ADDITION to being in possession of an illegal firearm (his age, & firearm not registered, idiot not licensed etc.)? Not being licensed to 'Open Carry'? Traveling across State boundaries with illegal weapons? The intricacies of US justice is inscrutable as well as stupid and counter-productive. Rob - YES, because by all accounts they were trying to disarm him, not kill him. If they had managed to disarm him he might have been roughed up a bit, but probably no worse than that. The facts, as they stand: He killed 2 unarmed people and seriously crippled a third. Any which way you spin this he is done for, he will not have a normal life from now on (which is better than the state of his victims, THEY are dead or crippled).

Rob - I bloody well do not have 'zero' evidence about anything, I have NO evidence of anything, only opinions based on video evidence plus bits and pieces of info, all of which is of questionable origins. What remains are facts: He was not harmed, but killed 2 persons and permanently maimed a third. You can argue that they had no 'right' to try to disarm him, but a far more relevant point is the fact that he had no right to be armed to the teeth in the first place! An underage zealot travels from one State to another, carrying a firearm that was probably illegal in his possession in his home State, but was CERTAINLY illegal in his hands in the State where the killings occurred. He then used this illegal firearm to murder two individuals and permanently disable a third, ALL because he was afraid they might take his gun away! It MUST be noted that NONE of his victims were armed, they apparently were simply trying to disarm him - and failed, with deadly consequences. The self-defense argument flies about as well as a lead balloon. A comparison, just a mental exercise: Suppose a 15-year old nigger-hater 'borrowed' his parent's 3-ton truck, drove to another State and sought out a colored neighborhood where he found a community BBQ event and, feeling threatened by all these colored people (lots of niggas) plowed into a large group of them in 'self-defense', killing and maiming a number of children, women and men. Underage, unlicensed, the killer of numerous innocent people. You would probably be the first to defend that young mass-murderer (my opinion, based on your previous comment). People like you make me sick, you are the only ones to have sympathy for a murderous little shit like Rittenhouse, which in turn is destined to spend the rest of his life in prison for double homicide.

The concept of "frivolous appeal" really makes sense when Trump enters the picture. He lost a case to the tune of $5M. He promptly appealed - and lost AGAIN, now to the tune of $83M! Trump recently lost a civil fraud case to the tune of $350M. To appeal, he needs to cough up a bond that far exceeds his ability to cheat and/or lie his way into money. Will his owners (Putin and any number of 'Murican billionaires) be willing to foot the bill?

This is hilarious to me! "Because Women and girls are starting to surpass boys in education..."! What an eye-opener! Being Icelandic, this simple fact was clear to me 60 years ago (I'm 75!). The girls were more focused on education while we "studs" were chasing silly, idiotic things. Fact, just a simple fact: In the Nordic countries, girls have been outperforming boys in the education sector for DECADES! More important, we blokes (and the entire society) are just fine with it. We "Vikings" have no problem accepting that our "womenfolk" are a force to be reckoned with, and the Nordic countries are the most egalitarian countries in the world! As a result, we are consistently earning our places as the happiest (spelled: the least discontent) nations in the world. I am now wondering what it must be feeling like, living in a place where being female makes you less human. What a depressing thought, being an 'Murican female, young or old, stripped of most human rights.

The driver and passenger in the second part of this video ran the risk of dying by stupidity: Never become argumentative with a police officer while being black! Too many people have died as a result of such actions. A black person in 'Murica never knows if he or she is dealing with an armed potential lunatic on a power trip just waiting for an excuse to gun them down. Too many US police officers ARE just that, mentally unstable individuals with a hair-trigger temper - and their more normal colleagues are complicit by being silent about it.

How about ALSO deporting the individuals that have been made it possible for undocumented immigrants to work and hide in 'Murica, individuals like this cow farmer/dairy producer? They are ALL immigrants as well - the only difference is the paperwork. Trump should actually deport himself to either Scotland or Germany, only neither country would accept him!
