I believe Florida recently passed a law that added an additional charge if you are caught looting or using a natural disaster as cover for criminal activity. So many people won't evacuate during a hurricane because they are afraid that even if their home survives a storm, it will be cleared out by looters afterword.

San Francisco has created the illusion that assaults and other criminal activity on BART is down. The secret, first stop releasing video of the crimes and the criminals doing it. Second, stop reporting the crimes at all.

I wonder how many men are in prison, have been to prison, or killed because of instigating women?
1
If this video doesn't have a Terminator "I'll be back" clip I'm downvoting it.
1
Please keep making videos about older stories that most people forgot about the day after they fell out of the news cycle. It's reminiscent of Paul Harvey's "The Rest of the Story".

Drugs may not have contributed to his death. Well, it's likely they led to the behavior that led to his death. Or maybe he was just insane, but I'm betting drugs.

For decades these same people have been telling us that Cuba has the best healthcare in the world.

Breaking News: Mayor Johnson has declared he will open a series of gulags in Detroit.

@JohnDoe-ne1ni A favorite method of Cenk and Cenk's Nephew. 1) Make claim. 2) Give strawman arguments. 3) Cherry pick partial quotes from those that make a contradictory argument. 4) Make snarky comment that that generally has nothing to do with their original argument. 5) Declare victory and begin ebegging for donations to do it again. If at some point they can refer to anyone offering contradicting data as a (Mid century German Bad Guy) it's considered a bonus.

Pretty much all of Biden's cabinet. Except she's forced to be out in public.
1
@soulwarrior7721 Presumed thief. You might be able to post video after the conviction. Though how they are going to arrest someone without the help of the general public seeing the video is unknown. But that doesn't matter because....Canada and progressive brain damage.

Ironically, the courts upheld the ban on things like short barreled rifles and suppressors because they weren't considered appropriate for the military. Now they want to ban stuff because it is, supposedly, too close to military equipment. I wonder if they'd be ok with me putting a silencer on a sawed off shotgun? Probably not.

It seems extreme but maybe involve the Feds. If you are selling stolen merchandise in California to someone in Idaho, that's interstate trafficking. When a few start looking at 10 years of federal time the others will reexamine the risk reward ratio. If prosecutors can get inventive with charges to keep criminals out of prison, they can do it the other way. Of course the usual suspects will start screaming about excessive sentencing for "minor offenses" with obligatory claims of racism. But eventually enough people will tell them to shut up and go away.
1
I'm seeing this as the left still being mad at the Kyle Rittenhouse decision. They want to make sure no one gets away with fighting back against their mob again.
1
TYT, never letting reality get in the way of propaganda.
1
From a practical point of view I wonder about the group home and partial release. The goal is to allow a person to get a job and start preparing to integrate back into society. But I have to wonder, who looks at cannibal murderer on a past history sheet and thinks good employee?
1
The Governor of New York is basically the co-mayor of NYC. See also Illinois/Chicago. As long as NYC Dems pick the candidate the state will keep going down the same path.
1
Prosecutors need to upcharge in certain cases to ensure some suspects aren't allowed to leave without serious bail. In this case charge attempted murder by arson times however many people were in the buildings she/he/whatever tried to burn. Offer the lesser charge of just arson as a plea deal. I'm pretty sure New York hasn't gone full California level insane and can still request bail for that. Though a woke prosecutor and judge will still probably let a few out.
1
Choice between my job or my family? Family wins, no competition. I wonder if the news people bothered to check how many other people in the area have left the state in the past few years. There's a reason California's population is dropping despite the incoming flood from the south. Also the shortage of U-Haul and similar rental trucks.
1
Apparently those surveillance cameras in DC are about as reliable as the ones that were supposed to be monitoring Epstein.
1
Get inventive. Maybe a cattle prod type device attached to a sensitive area. It can be remotely activated. Maybe by a cancer patient who gets one push of the button every time they puke because of chemo.
1
Under Texas law..... But the law is open to interpretation by the prosecutor. Even if found not guilty he still has to pay some sizable legal fees. She has an effectively unlimited budget to go after this guy to enforce her agenda, not the law. He's eating in a cheep taco shop and driving an older truck. I'm guessing his defense budget is fairly limited. I was warned, years ago when I first got my carry permit that it was a permit to carry, not use. If I ever drew it expect to pay at least $10,000.

Diversity is strength. She is very, very strong.

Biden orders railroad workers back to work after they voted against their proposed contract. Hochul threatens to fire every striking worker for having the audacity to ask for safer working conditions. Vote Democrat, they're pro union!
1
They would declare Obama a white supremacist who wants to take away every woman's rights if he were nominated by Pres Trump.
1
I've seen clusters of them in some areas around my place. I live in a glowing bright blue dot surrounded by red. But even here, in a college town, Harris has support but no excitement. The people voting for her are mostly made up of the Vote Blue No Matter Who crowd. They vote the party, not the person.
1
In the end we have to put the blame where it really lies. On those damn lazy white raycises who are too lazy to go out and do their raycis stuff on their own. Once again forcing minorities to do the work for them.
1
Yep. Government "We're not monitoring the stores you visit, or watching what you purchase. It's a private company, they just "lend" us the information. Many states have laws against selling private information gained through government agencies (Like auto registration and licenses) to data brokers. The work around is that it's sold to a private company that doesn't do it, who then resell it to the data brokers. Somehow this is considered legal.

In Florida everyone's driver's license photo is on file. I assume something similar there. What would happen if they used the same program to run against every picture on file? How many likely positives would it identify?
1
It would have been easier to show some old posts of you making fun of furries. Then claim you were doxed by angry freaks. Insurance companies will pay out for vandalism regardless of the species of the vandal.

@scottyoung1489 Happened to my mother in Palermo Sicily back in the 70's.
1
We have to take a beat. We have to take a step back, and wait for the investigation..... Has she never met a member of BLM? Many people still believe Hands up, Don't shoot.
1
They had to throw in the COVID excuse. Okay, students missed a lot of time at school. But we were told that remote learning would cover this. Hence the billions of dollars dumped into setting schools up to do it. Since it clearly (by their own admission) didn't work, has anyone considered holding back students that can't come close to passing minimum standards?

Yet some other guy will probably be willing to date her. I'll have no sympathy for him when she tries to ruin his life.
1
A day or two of intense REEE! on Twitter, then the world continued as if nothing happened. It's almost like these people have no power or the numbers to matter. Edit: And let's not forget being spammed by accounts created 30 minutes ago that claim they'll never watch your channel again.
1
This is a weird way to announce the premier of the new AJW red pill channel.
1
Using the governor's logic that a declared, by her, public safety emergency can void any right. How long until the "public safety" of citizens in high crime cities is used to rationalize ending rights against random arrest and detainment without trial? An extreme example, but 5 years ago people would have told you that no governor could do what she just did.
1
If the "victim" (Target) refuses to file charges, what's the point? If I steal your car, but you won't report it as stolen, did I steal your car? Once I figure out that you aren't going to report it, I'm effectively borrowing it without prior notice.
1
A lot of cash stuffed in the walls.
1
And are upset that those evil Texans put up razor wire along the border to stop more from coming. I assume they felt all warm and fuzzy when the feds went in and cut it down.
1
Time for Trump to go to New York and Chicago and bring back his "What do you have to lose?" speech. Let them know we aren't chastising them for their choices last time. But ask to look at what those choices got them. The more that decide they've had enough, the harder it becomes to "fortify" the results in favor of Biden and the Dems. Maybe scare the Democrat party back to running sane candidates. I wasn't a fan of Bill Clinton, but I'd take him any day over Obama or Biden. Maybe they'll finally tell AOC and the entitled children wing of the party to shut up and let the adults take over.
1
Anything to shift blame away from the person (And group they have in common) who did it.
1
Anna pointing out that some things are crimes in one area but not another is typical of leftist inability to argue their point. Where I live there is no inspection to get your car's tag renewed. If I lived in another state and didn't get it inspected, I'd be breaking the law. If one county in my state wants to go completely dry and not allow any sales of alcohol, that's their right. If another wants it to be 24/7 and allow open drinking in public, that's also their right. Different areas have different laws, and penalties for breaking them.
1
Ok, let's be authentic and really role it back to before the European arrival. Get rid of Mexico and go full Aztec. A small, really small, number will rule with the support of a religious class. The other (96%?) will alternate between slaves and human sacrifices.
1
AJW. Daring to take on the important issues of our time. Also, I don't have Disney+ so I haven't seen anything they've done. I stopped watching Agents of SHIELD soon after they went into space. It seemed like the writers had no idea what they were doing with the show, so they just threw up random ideas
1
They're waiting for the edited version that shows a cop "executing an unarmed black man who was on the ground, trying to surrender". Don't worry, it's coming to a website near you.

South Africa is collapsing. There isn't much of value to steal anymore. The beloved ANC looted that country into oblivion.
1
Wasn't considering the Presidency? Bullshit! Prior to Biden trying to pander, and not considering the consequences of saying his VP would be a woman of color, Cuomo was the first pick as a running mate.
1
It is an attempt by the Cheney family to get back at Trump. They also hope to get support from the neocon and uniparty faithful. Though I don't know how many are left. The Republican leaders didn't realize that Trump's first term was a collective protest vote against them and their policies. They still seem not to get it.

If the guard was in the wrong the tape would have been released before the body was cold. The DA holding the tape can only be interpreted as the security guard was justified.
