  48. Those things are best only where enemy air defences are weak and one's own air capabilities are broad and deep. A-10s will be useful later as part of a NATO-allied Ukrainian Air Force, but for now they could only see very limited spot use. There appears to be no point. Or do you have serious rebuttals to these views oft-repeated by experienced military analysts?

  49.  @JoeD0403  Hard to judge the exact state of things on that count, but I think it's safe to say there's a lot of AD along the actual eastern and southern fronts. At any rate it's not like some of those wars the US has been in where they faced very little danger in the skies. That's where A-10s were at their peak potency.
