It turns out it was competition from China which shut down US aluminum production, not Canada. So a heavy tariff on Canadian aluminum is purely an attack on Canada which can only benefit China even more, but cannot benefit the US in the least. Just one more reason not to trust what the president says, ever. Throw it on the pile.

(1) Much of this is out of date. I noticed mention of Axiom's plan to do something in 2022 (!), which isn't the future. (2) You lost me at Neil deGrasse Tyson. Try to get highly intelligent and credible sources. (3) Your narrator's diction is stagy and highly affected. Naturalness is far better.

The price went up as incomes around the world rose a lot faster than that of the median US consumer. Ordinary Americans were simply outbid, so now they can either eat worse tuna or just stop buying it. This is of course happening with most other consumer goods as well, unless the cost of producing them is falling. And when the world loses its appetite for US dollars, whenever that is, the US standard of living will fall off a cliff.

It's bad journalism to point to the formaldehyde content of these pouches when some seafood, pears and beets contain more. Likewise to disparage nicotine not delivered by cigarettes. I'd keep it away from children, but it's a quite harmless mild stimulant in these quantities and is not the ingredient in tobacco that causes disease or death.

If two workers side by side both came from abroad four months ago, and one has temporary status and the other has resident status, it matters little. They're both foreign workers. If I moved anywhere, be it to Australia or Zimbabwe, and found a job, whether my status was permanent or not I'd certainly consider myself a foreign worker and an immigrant as well, even though temporary workers are not ordinarily classed as immigrants, certainly not officially. Speaking of moving, I must move on now. If you want to have the last word, it's all yours and I won't receive it anyway. This is past tedious.

@rickyayy $5 here for a premium brand that's delicious and has extra Omega-3, but every other week it's $3.75, which is what I pay 100% of the time. I could pay $7 if I were a bad shopper, though. $11.50 sounds like northern Alaska. You should check other stores.
