A good mother would not have just shown up in a faraway foreign country with no money, no savings, no job or job offer, no place to live, no friends or family to stay with, no apparent education or skills and a country where she doesn't speak the language. And on top of all of THIS...she arrives in the middle of winter and then has the nerve to complain about the cold. This combination of stupidity, arrogance and entitlement is infuriating.

  23. I would go to a shelter. ”No Sean! Homeless shelters are always full!” No they’re not. But they have RULES (eg- no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, curfews) which these street people are unwilling to abide by, hence they sleep on the streets or in airports. ”No Sean! Shelters are dangerous! Show some compassion!” …shelters have a lot more security than trains or train stations.

Drivers quitting. Not very many drivers are going to want to stick with a job where passengers are verbally and sometimes physically abusing them. I don’t know if you keep up with the news (I’m guessing you probably get your news only from TikTok) but there are bus drivers who have actually been stabbed, shot and sprayed with pepper spray. Yeah, and you can thank that worthless district attorney Alvin Bragg for always dropping charges against these horrible people and allowing them to walk and continue abusing others. Does that answer your question?

I live in Chicago, and large retailers like Aldi and Whole Foods Market have opened stores in high-crime neighborhoods (like Englewood) only to later close those stores after a couple of years (we know why). If shrinkage affects a large retailer like Whole Foods (which is owned by Amazon) then you know what it does to an immigrant from India or Honduras surviving off a secured loan.
