I'm ashamed of the people in the Comments section who are even suggesting this could have been an innocent mistake, by saying he was "stupid" not to recognize what a fire alarm looks like. That's not even a question here. He pulled that fire alarm on purpose and is trying to weasel his way out of it.

Homeless shelters don't allow you to smoke or drink or shoot up. That's why many street people choose to sleep on trains or in bus stations or tents.

RFK Jr. needs to be out there every day telling his supporters to support Trump. This election is close enough that even if a fraction of the Independents move to Trump, it will be enough to put him over the top.

”Everybody should pay their fair share” ...that should include people who have kids.
39
the irony of someone saying they've never seen a fire alarm before or know what one looked like, when they were a former school principal @Amanda_The_American_Mom
29
I'd call you "sir" so often, you'd think you were a Marine Corps drill instructor LOL
28
@cgray333 it was a $180,000 lawsuit his company lost. Don't try to tell me he wasn't aware. He most certainly was - and he just lied.
22
I don’t wanna hear about Minnesota Michael. Spare me. I lived in North Dakota for six years and there was a guy from Waite Park (with two prior DUIs and DWIs, plus a domestic battery) who side-swiped me on I-94 and almost got me killed. He was driving without insurance and never paid me restitution. The judge stayed the charges so this SOB is back on the roads and the next victim of his destructive driving will probably be some 8 year-old kid who isn’t as lucky as me, and then cue the Monday morning quarterbacks saying we need criminal justice reform. Minnesota is just as bad as any other state.
21
There was one jury member who was a BLM activist and LIED on his jury questionnaire.
20
Someone needs to do a follow-up interview with her and call her out on this point.
16
@rleon8183 I caught this too and yes, I have a hard time believing he wouldn't be aware of a lawsuit like this.
14
You saved me from having to say it myself. Reminds me of back during the George Floyd riots, when Reverend Al said it wasn't acceptable to burn down black-owned businesses.
13
Those eyelids of hers...
12
Hell no! These clowns will go out four years from now and vote for another Liberal mayor.

@fabiandiessl2540 ”I don’t want my kids growing up in a racial jungle” -Joe Biden

@richardpatrick2852 ☺️ whoops lol, you’re right. My dyslexia and ADD kicked in. I actually misread what Michael had wrote, I thought he wrote “statute” not status. But he’s right.
10
As bad as George Floyd was, he was a saint compared to that dude Jordan Neeley from the NYC subway.

For once I actually agree with Brandon Johnson...kinda. I'm sick of the tip culture in general, and I think we should just do away with tipping. Just pay your workers a fair wage like they do everywhere else in the world. Tipping (although it may seem enticing to workers) is not the way to go, because it gives greedy businesses a reason to under-pay workers. It should be illegal for employees to solicit for tips.

@cgray333 like a lot of people do (or should do) I operate under the mindset that when something doesn't make sense, it probably isn't true. The average Kroger employee earns $24,000 a year. He had to have known about either the dollar amount or the lawsuit itself. Being slapped with a lawsuit from a federal agency isn't something you look at and just say "Oh I'll let my legal team handle it" . If something like that winds up in the headlines the bad publicity could result in boycotts and will turn your multibillion company into a corner grocery store. I know a lot of these commenters have the idea that CEOs like him spend most of their their workdays on the golf course, but most CEOs are actually hardworking and very much into their roles. They'll wake up at 4am, pore through emails and keep abreast of all news stories concerning their company. Watching this clown's body language I have no doubt he was not being 100% truthful Can I prove it? No, not until the year 2322 when we have mind-reading devices. But that's not going to stop me from believing what I know in my heart and brain is correct.
9
@michaeldelyjah5696 The ignorance is strong in your brain
9
Hell, he has even said that he wouldn’t even be running for re-election if Trump weren’t running. Why should we believe him that he intends to serve a full second term?
8
@cgray333 Be a skeptic, not a believer. Excellent advice - that's why I'm so skeptical of everything Rodney McMullen says here. You have a good life too.
7
@TrumpFanNetwork2 we’re talking about a lawsuit FROM A FEDERAL AGENCY.
7
CNN asking Commie-la the tough questions… ”WHAT…is your NAME?” ”WHAT…is your QUEST? ”WHAT is your favourite COLOUR?”
7
@roguelegend4945 FALSE. They have special family shelters, or separate rooms for families. Having children means you are all but guaranteed to qualify for food stamps which gives you more money to pay rent. American society prioritizes women and children over single childless men.
6
God knows I support Trump's message, but if he isn't able to deliver on these promises then I'm gonna be pissed. Everyone knows Trump has a hard time getting along with Congress. What if the Democrats hold up these deportations? What if?
6
Because people tend to get nervous when they're not being honest and this guy was caught in flagrant lies, like, for example, saying he wasn't aware his company paid a $180,000 lawsuit settlement in response for a federal agency complaint. No way he wasn't aware of something like that!
6
I think you're the one who's confused. Trump is proposing for Afghans who helped our military to be granted asylum. When a foreign national is granted asylum while still abroad, they are considered to be refugees once they arrive on U.S. soil. Get it?
6
@BCNeil it’s a filler phrase. She’s trying to run the clock out and buy some extra time for her to muster up some type of response. Which her response in this case was pretty pathetic.
5
My grandmother was a Republican and she voted Republican her entire life, right up until the day she died. Now she votes Democrat.
5
C'mon man!
5
@cgray333 baloney. The average Kroger worker makes a paltry $24,000. They count their pennies, believe me. Shareholders watch that kind of stuff like hawks and it's the kind of thing he would get grilled about at their monthly meetings. He may not have known about the dollar amount of the settlement (lawyers are very hush hush about that), but there's no way he didn't know about the lawsuit. Not when it's from a federal agency.
5
Because very few of them have fathers in the house - and their mothers all insist they’re “good kids” who are getting their lives together
4
@nowere4579 the information didn’t come out until after the trial and the verdict - the juror’s name was Brandon Mitchell (you can Google him) and there is a question on the juror questionnaire which specifically asks potential jurors if they had ever participated in any type of protest related to George Floyd. The guy was found in a photo (posted to social media) wearing a shirt that said “Get off our necks” . He flat out LIED but alas, no accountability for people like him.
4
What a pathetic response by her/him. Had he/she not been shown her actual tweet, you just know she would’ve denied even making the statement. Even more pathetic is that she has now deleted the tweet, like, dude, We already saw and we already know what you wrote. “Deleting” it doesn’t make it go away
4
@roberth3094 it’s okay, I certainly don’t expect you to be the ‘sharpest tool’, just be a little more clear and we can help you make your points
4
@therese_paula how come there is no National Association of Asian Journalists? or National Association of Jewish Journalists? etc., Maybe we should have both of those.
4
@jodame3925 well yeah, they don’t know if you might be trying to smuggle in drugs or weapons
4
@teresa5391 your not "you're"
4
@anzacmerc4hire781 did you seriously just compare him to a Nazi? what is the matter with you? I'd rather take in 30,000 Afghans who helped the US military than 3 illegals who are going to become welfare leeches and then send all of their earnings south of the border
4
@RangerCaptain11A no it is NOT clear that's what he is referring to (you had to infer that yourself). I'm in favor of Trump's proposal too, but Robert could've and should've phrased it differently.
4
@mramirez5239 another Internet lawyer. One who doesn’t know how to spell.
3
Even with a wall (like the one Trump has proposed) you would still need a human component (ie- a Border Patrol) to make the border fully air-tight. A wall and a Border Patrol complement each other.
3
@williamspringer1172 again, McDonald's has a strict policy against tipping and they pay all their workers at or above minimum wage...so will someone please explain to me HOW they are affected by this?
3
The media wouldn't show it even if they had it.
3
@Vertisce: ”Tax breaks for me, not for thee. Somebody needs to pay for these kids” —People with children
3
@rowanwilliams1548 opportunity , not 'opertunity'
3
I agree she's an idiot and her demands are completely unreasonable but I don't think she's "hurting" the team. The mainstream media loves stories like this and they are lapping this right up. Of course, if all else fails the women soccer players will always level charges of sexism and gender discrimination against FIFA.
3
@cgray333 this wasn't some $10,000 worker's compensation claim by a stock room worker who threw out his back - this was a lawsuit from a federal agency. For close to a quarter million dollars.
