  8. A hollow burned out brick shell doesn't get it either. But yeah most of the structures could have survived (based on what I have seen) if they had fire resistance as a top priority, steel roofs, windows and vents shuttered, flame resistant exteriors, etc. Some who stayed saved their places with minimal equipment. Simply cleaning out the gutters and a few things would have saved some perhaps.

  18. The transition is in progress and this should marginally accelerate it. Economics favor renewables now but it takes time to switch, by decade end it will look much different with virtually all new cars being electric and solar/wind/batteries taking over the grid.

  29.  @bradjeffords4451  Fail to have hand on wheel for more than about 1/2 min., or say remove seatbelt--and the car will flash red at you while making annoying noises and slow down gradually, stop with flashers on.

  37. Tesla's are the safest on the road, dramatically so when using AP and it's not possible to be on AP or FSD without a driver in the DRIVERS seat interacting with the steering wheel. This is not a Tesla story it's a reckless driver story. Either they fooled the car or the driver left the scene.
